Open Positions

We are actively looking to fill the following roles:

1. Production Incharge

- Responsibilities: Oversee the production process, ensure quality control, and manage the production team.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or related field; 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.

 2. Production Operator

- Responsibilities:  Inoculation of cultures in the laminar air flow chamber, inoculating  more cultures as per production schedule and to meet dialy targets.

- Qualifications: Diploma or certificate in a related field; 1+ years of experience in plant tissue culture

3. Business Development Manager 

- Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and maintain an extensive knowledge of market conditions.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 2+ years of experience in business development.

 4. Social Media Marketer

- Responsibilities: Create and manage content across all social media platforms, run ad campaigns, and monitor analytics.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; experience in social media marketing is a plus.

5. Research and Development Officer

- Responsibilities: Develop new products and processes, work closely with the production team, and contribute to scientific research papers.

- Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field; 2+ years of research experience.
